A bounded slice
Product companies get better results from a vertical slice they can ship than from a proposal that covers the whole roadmap. We push for the slice.
Noida and Delhi NCR
Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad share a business day with Lucknow and a much denser vendor market. Sunbeam does not have an office in the NCR. We work remotely with product companies, IT teams and operators who want a defined engineering partner: internal systems, product slices, automation, AI workflows, and websites when the public product is the thing that is failing.
Served remotely from Lucknow. The NCR is on India Standard Time. We do not keep a Delhi or Noida office.
The market
Delhi NCR is India's densest corporate and product market. Noida and Greater Noida, in Uttar Pradesh, hold technology parks, IT services firms, product companies and a large services economy. Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad add consulting, real estate, logistics, media, finance-adjacent firms and more product teams. A typical conversation here does not start with 'we have never had a website'. It starts with a tool that sales hates, a product surface that has stalled, or an integration that breaks every month.
That changes what a good partner looks like. You can hire locally from a long list. The useful question is whether the team will narrow the problem, work in your repository, and leave something your own engineers can run. A Lucknow studio is a reasonable answer when you want that focus and you do not need someone in the building.
We are a weak fit for staff augmentation by the headcount, for a tender that requires a local NCR establishment, or for a programme that needs many parallel teams. We are a strong fit for one important system, one product slice, or a technical decision you do not want to take alone.
Time overlap
Noida, Delhi and Lucknow use India Standard Time, UTC+5:30. There is no hour to bridge. Stand-ups, design reviews and incident calls can happen when your team is already at work.
We use that overlap for decisions and for pairing on hard problems. We do not use it to narrate a task list that could have been written down. Your engineers, if you have them, stay in their own tools. We join the repository and the issue tracker you already use.
We can own a workstream, review an approach, or build beside your staff. The boundary of responsibility is written down so two teams do not edit the same decision.
We can be the engineering capacity for a defined outcome, with a handover that assumes you may hire later. The code is structured for that reader.
Remote delivery
The default is your accounts and your tools. We do not need you to move hosting, source control or chat to us. We need a decision-maker, access to the relevant system, and a description of what 'done' means for the slice we are taking.
Product companies get better results from a vertical slice they can ship than from a proposal that covers the whole roadmap. We push for the slice.
CRMs, data warehouses, payment tools and internal APIs are connected after we see authentication, rate limits and data quality. A diagram of a happy path is not an integration plan.
Access is limited to what the work needs. When the slice is done, you have the repository, the deployment notes and a list of what we would watch next. Ongoing maintenance is a separate decision.
Services that fit
Product and internal-systems work leads. Websites matter when the marketing or customer surface is part of the same problem. Knowledge tools matter when the company is scaling faster than its experts.
SaaS surfaces, marketing sites and product rebuilds for teams that already know what they sell and need the experience to match. We treat the public site and the logged-in product as different jobs when they are different jobs.
Internal tools, CRMs and operational dashboards for companies whose customer-facing product is ahead of their own operations. This is common in services firms and in product companies that still run delivery on sheets.
The NCR ask is often 'add AI' to a product or a support desk. We start from the task, the data you are allowed to use, and how a wrong answer is caught. Automation without a model is frequently the better first release.
Support teams, implementation teams and professional firms in the region accumulate answers in tickets and drives. A retrieval system over that material is useful when someone owns what 'correct' means and stale documents are removed. We design the review path with the build.
Lucknow is the studio. These services are available to clients here and anywhere else we work.
Local questions
No. We serve Delhi NCR remotely from Lucknow.
Because the work needs engineering judgment and a written scope, and it does not need a desk in your city. Noida, Delhi and Lucknow share a working day.
Yes. We can take a defined workstream, review a technical approach, or build inside your repository and cloud account.
No. We take slices a small studio can deliver well. If you need a large bench, we are the wrong partner.
Internal tools, product engineering, integrations, automation and AI workflows. Some also need a website or product surface rebuilt around a clearer job.
Send the system or product problem, who owns it internally, and what decision you need, or email [email protected]. We will tell you if a conversation, a short review or a build is the right next step.
Other places
Our only physical base. AI agents, automation, custom software, websites, knowledge systems and cloud for businesses that work in the city, and for clients elsewhere.
One studio in the state capital, working remotely with teams in Kanpur, Noida, Varanasi, Agra, Prayagraj, Meerut and elsewhere in UP.
A Lucknow studio for Indian companies outside our city pages, and for overseas teams looking for a software development partner in India.
Remote delivery for Kanpur industry, trade and education teams. Same working day as Lucknow, no local office.
